On 2 April every year, the world goes yellow. #GoYellow lights up landmarks, changes colours on socials, and invites people to wear yellow and join an event to celebrate autistic girls, women and gender diverse individuals. We want the world to better understand their experience, as often misunderstood, misdiagnosed or missed all together.
#GoYellow has people pledging to change their socials to yellow or to wear yellow on April 2nd.
You can #GoYellow by:
changing your socials to yellow and join our changing your socials to yellow and join our online event
including the #GoYellow tag on your 2 April social posts
buying and wearing Yellow Ladybug merchandise to show your support
hosting a fundraising tea party. Get some friends, family and colleagues together, display our posters and ask for a yellow coin donation. You can also donate funds raised here.
Iconic Australian landmarks that have gone yellow include the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, The Bolte Bridge and The Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House in Canberra.
